GOOD CSR & CITIZENSHIP has forever been the foundation of all truly great societies and honorable nations.
In order to maintain and promote the values of compassion, trustworthiness, and integrity that serve to define the Good Corporate Citizenship, the CSR Universal Network is proud to have created this community based platform to empower corporate, individuals, civic organizations, schools, and business groups to promote their projects and to share their perspectives and potentially life changing stories.
CSR Universal Network Project Objectives:

1. Develop a relevant research CSR – Social Marketing Solutions library, a Learning Hub for companies, state agencies, schools and individuals
2. Introduce, showcase, and promote the best CSR projects, social marketing campaigns that can truly serve to make a better lives, environmental and economic progress.
3. Sharing the innovative and effective solutions for today’s challenges of the world.

PHAN BICH TAM

CEO of SE.Global Country Manager Vietnam, Myanmar & Cambodia MMA

Phan Bich Tam is currently the Country Manager of Mobile Marketing Association (www.mmaglobal.com) in Vietnam, Myanmar and Cambodia, her passion is instrumental in building a strong and cohesive mobile marketing ecosystem that aims to boost mobile as an indispensable medium since 2013.

With more than 12 years of experience, Tam has handled many different roles from Sales & Marketing Director, Regional Sales Manager and as CEO in various businesses. Before joining the MMA, Tam was a key member in the strategic team for leading ICT company funded by Mekong Capital and successfully grew the revenue by 500% over 2 years.

Tam is passionate about building community, making impacts, and encourage the application of mobile marketing for business transformation. Tam has been leading CSR Universal project (Non Profit https://csruniversal.org) and lecturing at VietnamMarcom, the most famous marketing school in Vietnam. Besides being a marketer, Tam is a certified style-coach by Style Coaching Institute (https://www.stylecoachinginstitute.com), Tam loves fashion and love to inspire and change life with its beauty. Tam holds a MBA from Gloucestershire University, UK.

DINH NGUYEN THI HUONG

Huong Dinh joined Coca-Cola Vietnam in 2008 as Customer & Consumer Information Manager. In this capacity, she overhauled the customer service function by setting hotline channels, improved the complaint procedures, and implemented comprehensive training schemes and guidelines for external issues.

As a result there was a 80% increase in customer satisfaction during this period and the public image of CCBVL was strongly improved.

Since 2012, Huong has worked as Senior Public Affairs and Communications (PAC) Manager of Coca-Cola Vietnam, where she is in charge of all public relations, governmental affairs and sustainability initiatives in the Central and Southern part of the country.

She made contributions to all these fields, but sustainable development is where she devotes most of her efforts. As such, Huong led a variety of Corporate Sustainability Initiatives centered around Women Empowerment, Waste Management, clean drinking water and fostering well-being for underprivileged communities.

For instance, regarding the pillar of ‘Water’, she led the Tram Chim National Park rejuvenation effort and expanded the Clean Drink Water project for high school students, whereby Coca-Cola donated 65 water treatment systems to schools in central Vietnam.

In the field of waste management, Huong supervised many programs that aim to raise awareness amd put forward solutions for plastic waste problem, such as the local event of the International Coastal Cleanup day, a joint educational program with British Council, and a joint comprehensive anti-littering campaign with Thu Duc District. She also spent considerable effort on furthering the well-being of vulnerable women.

Under the global 5by20 initiative, she supervises training courses for local women on business, social, health, environment knowledge in the area of an EKOCENTER. She also supervised E-learning training sessions for local businesswomen in Mekong Delta area with VWEC. In total, there has been at least 3300 women who directly benefited from these schemes.

BUI DANG DUYEN MAI

Senior Manager, Public Affairs, Communications,
and Sustainability at Coca-Cola Indochina

Duyen Mai is an experienced Marketing Program and Communications with a demonstrated history of working in the IT, consumer product, and electrical and electronic manufacturing industries. Skilled in Marketing Management, Corporate Communications, Media relations, Government relations; Business Planning; Negotiation, and People management. Energetic marketing professional with an MBA focused on Marketing from Columbia Southern University.

Mai was HP country’s marketing manager in the time of 2002. She was the dedicated local person to take the lead in media response and support the legal team during the HP-Compaq merger announcement in the country. At Samsung Vina, Mai takes full responsibility for the home appliance division, carry number and profit, and loss, making Samsung Vina the pioneer in the “energy-saving labeling” by providing support to the Canadian NGO that leads the program. Mai also has more than eight years of experience with the Global Energy Management Specialist, Schneider Electric, where Mai takes full responsibility for Government Relations and Advocacy, assists the team in the annual EuroCham Whitebook review, plays a critical role in VCCI/ VBCSD engagement for all sustainability programs. Besides, she is one of the crucial speakers for “Go Green in the city,” one of Schneider Electric’s Global programs to encourage young people to reach for a green environment. Schneider Electric celebrates its 20 years in Vietnam through mega-events in HCMC and HN with the co-program from MOIT and HCMC people committee. The company also gets the 3rd Labor medal from PM, and HCMC PC rewards five critical members. Mai and her team lead all events and recognition applications.

Before joining Coca-Cola, Mai was with Mondelez International as head of Corporate Government Affairs, playing a critical role in AmCham HCMC and DN F&B committee.

Mai joined Coca-Cola in June 2021, responding for both Vietnam and Cambodia’s Public Affairs, Communications, and Sustainability. In addition, she has extended her support to AmCham members across committees and aims to have a strong collaboration within AmCham Committees for practical activities during the Economic recovery, post Covid-19.

Mai got an MBA at Columbia Southern University as a Marketing major. She likes cooking, reading and backpack traveling.

TAMMY PHAN

Tammy Phan is Country Head of Marketing for Vietnam, Google Asia Pacific. She is responsible for connecting the dots – across products, users, partners, media, civic sector, and government – to enable Vietnamese people and businesses to thrive locally and in the global economy. Tammy is a cross functional leader, people manager, and business builder.

Prior to Marketing at Google, Tammy led strategic product and channel partnerships for Google across Southeast Asia, where she partnered with B2B startups, technology companies, and advertising agencies to help businesses grow with ads and digital solutions.

Prior to Google, Tammy worked at American Express, where she drove new partnership business development across Asia Pacific. She also has Management Consulting experience in the US and Asia with Accenture and the Boston Consulting Group (BCG). Born in Vietnam, Tammy was educated abroad. Tammy graduated from Stanford University, and has an MBA from INSEAD in Singapore and France.

Tammy has worked in SEA since 2011 and at Google since 2015.  She personally enjoys meeting founders of promising startups, coaching, tennis, and hiking.

Ms. Tra My is known for and respected as a sharp thinker and quick decision-maker. With her innate leadership and 10-year-experience, Ms. Tra My has been assigned into key positions in VCCorp and promoted to Co-managing Director of Admicro in 2008.

Admicro has been her brain child since its establishment in 2008. Under her operation and well-planed strategies, Admicro has steadily grown in the first 2 years and 2010 marked its first accomplishment for being in Top 3 agencies in Vietnam online advertising market. Motivated by that, Ms. Tra My decided to expand Admicro’s business to not only big brands but also to “the long tail” – the SMEs market, and the company revenue rose significantly. From 2012 to present, Admicro is officially the leading online advertising agency in Vietnam with inspiring achievements in terms of vast ad network on both web platform and mobile platform, creative ad products and advanced technology.
